Am back in the 4k calorie range and expecting good results (5lbs increase)to weigh in this Friday God's will.

4409 kcal Fat: 168.50g | Prot: 188.73g | Carb: 539.27g.   Breakfast: Hy-Top Grated Parmesan Cheese, White Bread, Baked or Fried Coated Chicken Wing with Skin, Now Foods Organic Spirulina Powder, Whole Milk. Lunch: Baked or Fried Coated Chicken Leg with Skin, Red Beans and Rice, Yellow Sweet Corn. Dinner: Malt Beverage, Bunny Bread White Sliced Bread, Now Foods Organic Spirulina Powder, Skippy Creamy Peanut Butter, Chocolate Milk (Whole). Snacks/Other: AriZona Beverage RX Energy Herbal Tonic. more...
