It feels nice to have lost 0.5kg since my last checked. I have been too busy this weekend to actually eat anything. I am not starving myself by any means but work is so busy yesterday I didn't have anything but loads of herbal tea and rye bread and an omelette. The adrenaline probably kept me going
140.0 lb Lost so far: 1.1 lb.    Still to go: 9.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
