I am very active and play soccer, cricket in and outside of school. My family is also very active, we go to the park and run around and have some fun. But the thing that gets me is that I eat too much and because I am very active I don't gain weight that much.

I was just doing homework for school and we were learning about weight and RDI. I just learnt that I was pretty much over weight. I really want to lose weight so I can be more fit. I'm active but I'm not as fit as my team mates in soccer and cricket.

So focus on losing body fat! As a young male, you will get lean quickly. There are some good fitness magazines for guys that can help you learn what to eat. Just changing your diet to lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies. Keep processed foods to a minimum. Plenty of water. Limit soda. You can also be proactive and do some googling on nutrition. Learning good habits while young will help you the rest of your life. Good luck!
