Earthlady's Journal, 23 June 2013

Guests and PMT have led me off the trail and kept me away from fs. It's absolutely no use crying over spilt milk but even without weighing myself this morning I know I'm hovering just under 60 kg - a gain of more than 2 kg over 10 days.

This has got to stop. It's difficult because I feel really bloated, classic PMT symptoms but nothing happening, which I guess is to be expected at my age. Those symptoms really give me the munchies, though, and I've been giving in to it. If I'm honest, most evenings I've literally been bingeing on ice cream, pringles and chocolate.

So, aiming for a normal RDİ day and a long walk today, then a fast day tomorrow and get back to my usual Monday & Thursday fast day routine.

Edit: Long walk completed and food planned for the rest of the day.
