Good morning!
H told me I was looking skinny this morning. ;-) Have to admit that felt great. I'm just trying to exercise every day and eat on program, but most of all not get impatient and go into deprivation mode. There are goals to be reached, but they don't have to happen TOMORROW.
This weekend, though, I do want to take things up a notch. I'm home to cook and meal plan exactly what I want, and to exercise on my schedule. The weather is cooperating this morning, but it'll rain later this afternoon and onwards for the next three days...I plan to really enjoy my run outdoors today while I can!!! Then off to the grocery store and back to my slow cooker.
Last night was a treat. K needed some jeans and leggings, so we went downtown shopping together afterschool and closed down the shops, lol. She led the charge and I kept my eyes open. It was spectacular. I would have never gone to her favorite places and vice versa. Together we are stronger. ;-)
I have to rush off now to my WW meeting and weigh-in. I feel puffy since last night, so I'm not expecting the scale to be too valid this morning. I was very happy with my weight last week, so if need be, I can be happy with it again today. Fitting rooms tell the whole story much better. ;-)
