Although it's been extremely difficult, I'm now almost at the end of my first week doing the Belly Fat Cure. Getting off sugar is so challenging, but I feel more energetic & my mood is usually better as well. I look forward to all the benefits that come with this healthy lifestyle!
197.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
