well, they're right. You can't teach your body to burn ketones if you sneak in a few cookies during the week......sigh. Going to try to stay below 25 carbs a day this week instead of allowing myself 30.
166.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
