Weighed myself today and lost 3lbs! I went for a Chinese Buffet meal on Tuesday, since then lots of getting out and about and allotment work and making an effort to fill in the food diary!
163.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
