Went over my grannys house the last few days and when I got on the scale I was like...dear god! But then I thought about it and said it is the middle of the afternoon and i've been drinking water like mad. I'll wait till in the morning to actually weigh in. But I got this fancy new Twilight shirt with every one on it and I was like I must lose weight so I can where it to the premier. Last time I checked it was november 25 which give me plenty of time. By the way I live in the US does anyone know where I would be able to buy some green tea? I really want to buy some. Sigh that's all for now. Oh and I did the crunches today and I was suprised that it was easier then I thought it would be. It only took ten minutes to do all 100 But then again knowing me I did them wrong. But I did like everyone said. Don't lift all the way up stop once you get your shoulders off the ground is that right? Oh I hope so. If not I guess I did them wrong. >x<

I can't tell you how to do a proper crunch. I feel I am doning pretty good if I can get up at all and if I can't move my torso after i am done becasue me muscels are screaming at me. LOL
