Its been a week since i cut out wheat from my diet. Not 100%, just 95%. I don't want to go gung-ho about it. I had been reading up on a bit and i realized that it made me lethargic! It has not been that bad, even when the kids have pizza. My butt has literally shrunk!! YAY!! Just after a week! I'm flabergasted. But everyone says it'll come back once i start eating wheat again. I'm not really craving it yet.
Also started exercising more on my rowing machine...hopefully i can keep it up.
