No workout again today, sleep won. I went to bed and was asleep by 9 last night and didn't get up until 6 this morning and I'm still tired. If we're not doing anything this evening I should be able to get some sort of workout done. This weekend I'm hoping I can get workouts and gardening in, so calorie burn should be good.
I also ate over my calorie goal again yesterday. I'm thinking it was mostly because I was tired and for one not thinking about what I was eating, and for another trying to keep myself awake. All I can do is try again today to do better. I'm going to try to keep my eating under control this weekend too. My weekends are usually the worst on calories, but for tomorrow I have breakfast and lunch planned already and if I get a workout in that will help, and dinner shouldn't be too bad.
