Let's state the obvious, I have always had a drinking problem.
It never got better, how could it?
I've gained weight and lost my desire for fitness.
35 pounds to lose seems intense and daunting.
Losing my fit bit doesn't help.
Thankfully I still have gym pact but now my phone is broken.
Not true excuses but very discouraging.
The fact that I just woke up from a post-bottle of wine thirst just makes me disgusted.
I can't believe two years of experience have left me back here.
I need help getting motivated.

You've already taken teh first step. Just now with Reboot starting today, you have a goal to work towards - 30 days of no alcohol. It will give your body a chance to recover. You can do this. You have the power to decide on this. Take back your power and the 35 pounds will be gone before you know it. Hugs!
