I actually have gained weight, but I have started eating significantly better than my previous diet. I also had been regularly running on a treadmill for three weeks. However, that treadmill is gone so I have to come up with new exercises to lose weight.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
