My weight seems to fluctuate up and down. Had it going all the way up back to 76 and over kgs. Came home this evening after the pool and stood on the scale to see it under 75 kg for the first time (74.9!) Exited, but would love more progress. It's harder and less quick than I've expected.

Going to Norway in 2 weeks. Travelling and staying in hotels usually makes it hard to exercise regularly or follow the diet. So that first week of June might be a little off for me.

That being said, upon return I am going to do a 30-day challenge with personal trainer, Robby Vance (txfitness.com) - online. I think that 30 day challenge, which combines exercise and diet plans, is going to kick my booty but for once I might see some progressive result!
