All I had in me this morning - 10 minutes. Will get the 35 minutes in this evening....and will get laundry done. At work now and "had to" have the chocolate peanut butter protein bar. It resembles a candy bar....and let's face it...it's chocolate peanut butter flavor. Need I really elaborate more ladies?

Little more sore today than yesterday from Kickboxing class. It's really more like Warrior Kickboxing with the use of resistance bands in the floor exercise segments. Still a major kickbutt workout!


Stuck to my plan last night. Fish was really yummy. Will do a repeat today of yesterday's meal planning.

At least you did something, I couldn't peel my eyes open to even get 10 minutes in. Anything chocolate and peanut butter is a winner in my book, I don't blame you. Good for you on sticking with your meal plan!! It's not always easy, but you did it yesterday so you know you can stick to it today!

Epic fail on that....didn't feel good by the time supper came around...craving salt. Went with it.
