Day 3: Still going strong!! Even though I went over the "500" max calorie on my fast day I did eat fairly healthy so I take it as a win:) Woke up this morning NOT HUNGRY! I am truly amazed that with only eating so few calories a day I don't wake up ravenous. Today starts my 5 days of eating normally. I still plan to only eat 1800 cal max but we will see. I would like to get in a run/walk tonight, but kids have swim lessons soon after work and I don't know if this will be a possibility. At least I'm starting the day off right with a healthy meal since I'm sure the luncheon at work is going to be heavier. Oh well at least that is the good part of this diet that I don't have to feel SO guilty where before I would micromanage every aspect of my diet every day and not see any results. I hope I can make this diet last:)
