I went way over my calories today, plus I didn't get to the gym. I have discovered that I go over my daily calories whenever I eat out or don't plan in advance.

Diet Calendar Entry for 19 June 2013:
1754 kcal Fat: 80.43g | Prot: 76.44g | Carb: 186.95g.   Breakfast: Bananas, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Honey Nut Cheerios. Lunch: Gourmet Croutons, Lemon Garlic Caesar Dressing, 4 Grain Hard Boiled Eggs, Spicy Chicken Caesar Salad (Half Size). Dinner: Margarita Queso Chicken & Shrimp, Brownie Bite. Snacks/Other: Quaker Chewy Dipps Granola Bars - Caramel Nut. more...
