Got blisters on a couple of toes from walking so much. I don't want to stop walking, but it's become a problem and I need to fix it.

Managed a 90 minute jaunt this afternoon, felt every step!

My kingdom for a piece of chocolate! Why am I craving chocolate today? Had a trail mix bar instead, also on the "forbidden" list but hey, it was here & I needed something before setting out. The apple just wasn't enough.

The more active I've become the hungrier I get. Need to devise some healthy, filling (satisfying?) snacks. Worst of it is that I now get hungry late at night. Hate to eat after 8:00; can't sleep when hungry. What to do?
