started in on my walking again thought it would be harder than it was but managed to walk at the same pace as usual even managed 3 burts of 6 mph for a min thought my lungs would cave in but they didn't maybe i will be able to get to the point of being able to jog. i was so excited to beat my self i just want to do it again lol. my diet is not going as well as the exersize though still letting carbs creep in and not holding my self accountable on here like i was making excuses as to why and that needs to stop but i have had a wake up call this week on just who i was for the past 15 years and who i could be and who i want to be the changes are coming and i thank this site and keli stef and sandy for helping and never judging as i continue to make the changes that will make me a better me starting to let go of the past is a scarry thing but once it begins to happen it is amazing how you can look back and see you really had nothing to hang on to and it is just a very freeing concept. change is inevatable but we have the abality to decide if the change will be good or bad we have the right to be who we want to be....

It's that first step out of the airplane that's scary....you have to trust that what you've got packed and strapped to you (your parachute) will be exactly what you need. Good job on the walking and those bursts of 6 mph - wow!

Ahhh, change, and the letting go. It is freeing, isn't it, RH? This is a journey, one that we will be traveling until the day we die, and along the way there will be detours. The idea is not to let those detours get us mired down in the old habits that were stopping us from being the healthy, happy person God meant for us to be. You are making excellent progress. Continue on this pathway and soon you will reach the point that you want to be, and where God wants you to be. Trust in Him, RH!
