it's my 1st fast day on the 5 2 diet. Have managed 650 cals today which I'm pleased with as a first go. It's been surprisingly easy. Just got to not eat anything for the rest of the evening. No late night snacks!!!
I'm new to fatsecret. It's a wonderful tool to help me keep track of what i eat and me reduce my intake. Knowledge is power! Feeling v positive at the end of Day 1.
