20 pounds gone down to the ounce. BOOM.

I was at 206.8 a week before I joined fatsecret. I'm not even the same person anymore. I never thought I would enjoy sweating, or be able to walk away from a Twizzler, or feel this good ever again. Worth it.
188.6 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You go girl. I am doing better than ever right now if I can stick to it. I am seeing a nutritionist and she has me on a high protein, low carb. diet and I have lost a lot of belly fat and some inches. Only 10 pounds.I think I may make it this time. I am proud of you.You have worked at it hard for sure. Keep up the good work and you will reach your goal. :)

Good for you! I know what you mean. Being able to turn down cookies snd looking forward to workouts aren't something I thought I would do ever... but 36 lbs later? I can't believe I did'nt do this sooner! Keep it up!

I always NEED dessert after dinner, it's always been a problem. So I have been making my dessert either a Fiber One 90 calorie brownie, cookie, lemon bar, etc. Or a chocolate covered banana, by Diana's Bananas. Only 130 calories! I feel likeif you don't give yourself some little satisfactions, it is more difficult to stick to a diet. Also, for a special treat once a week I get a Medium LITE caramel latte from Dunkin Donuts. Make sure they make it light (with skim milk) and only get caramel, no whipped cream or sugar. The caramel is sweet enough and its only 120 calories for a medium. 80 calories for a small! I wouldn't suggest getting the vanilla one cause it is really bitter, not sweet at all and you'd have to add sugar. It's funny cause you never realize how many calories are in things until you step back and look! Hope I helped! Keep up the good work!

Thanks guys, appreciate the support! You guys are awesome, I really don't think I could have gotten this far without the fatsecret community! And I do still treat myself, I just make sure it's controlled. It took me several years to realize that if I let myself have little treats here and there without planning them out, it quickly turns into constant snacking all day long. Constant vigilance! :)

Very very VERY nice! Well done! You finished doing the hard part, which is simply getting started and getting a grip on things. Now all you gotta do is keep doing what you're already doing. I know you'll reach your final goal - and you already know that it is worth every little bit of effort!
