Down 10 lbs! I've changed my diet a couple times, so on my page it shows my start weight is 253 lbs, but my highest since I've been on fatsecret was 261 lbs. I can't really see the change yet, but I feel it. I don't feel bloated at all. Food has been ok. I haven't made the healthiest choices, but I haven't been eating as much. I need to start recording again, I was doing so well the first couple months on this site. I've been walking like crazy at least 4 miles a day.

Great job on your progress! Recording really does make a difference! I know I have to or I go way off. If I record periodically during the day it works better too. Then it keeps me from adding that DQ ice cream cone if I don't have the numbers left in the day to eat it. I was down 20 lbs and then went way off. It sucked because I had been doing so well. I feel better and my clothes fit differently. That and looking at my face made me start to notice a difference. Keep it up and you will hit your stride.

Good for you!! 10 lbs. is great! Get back to recording, it will help. Great job on the walking too! 4 miles a day should get your heart pumping. :)
