Did reasonably well on my diet the past two weeks, and overdid my dinner today. Gave in to sugar and carb cravings. Must be the frustration of increasing 1kg and the plateau I find myself in. The needle on my scales are not moving. Sigh!

1446 kcal Fat: 65.14g | Prot: 70.88g | Carb: 162.05g.   Breakfast: Herbalife Nutritional Shake Mix - Dutch Chocolate. Lunch: Asparagus, Chicken Breast (Oven Roasted, Fat Free, Sliced), Butter (Salted). Dinner: Kellogg's Special K Cereal Bars - Vanilla Crisp, 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Peanut Butter. Snacks/Other: Walnuts, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Fruit Salad, Whole Wheat Bread, Peanut Butter. more...


Its ok...I ddnt c a real change until I was on my 3rd week...I went up n dwn...dwn n up...dnt stress it!!! U got this!!!

Thanks. Im so afraid Im gonna just be this way, despite all that effort. I've never cooked in my life, and I have started cooking daily.
