So, I've been rotating 1:1 pure protein with protein and veg...my weight is just kinda staying at this current weight. Doing my walking and drinking a litre of water daily at least...I guess I'm on track, but not sure. Input?
185.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 25.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

are you drinking any diet pop? if you are, cut it out completely. Next is to look at dairy. Cut that out too - yogurt, cottage cheese, milk. After that, look at the types of protein you're having - make sure it's lean aka center cut pork chops/chicken breasts. What about ketchup or sauces? :) you can do this! But remember that your body will probably stick at certain weights for a while, then drop. I can lose 1 lb a day for 3 days straight, then nothing for a week or more - sure is fun when the weight goes away, but tough when nothing seems to change. stick with it and the diet will work!

maybe once or twice a week on the pop at most. Dairy...yes. Was thinking that as well. Will try cutting back on that. No sauces, low salt, etc. Good cuts of meat- lean. Thank you for the input. Pretty much on track it appears. My body just might be holding on. Dropped a pound today, so maybe just the normal ebb and flow type goodies!
