Wasn't super good over the weekend. Did get some exercise (disc golf in 80+ degree weather with my boyfriend and his roommates was particularly good), and didn't eat too horribly (over did the veggie pizza Saturday night but had barely eaten all day)... it was the three beers Friday night and the Long Island Iced Tea (that was huge) on Saturday night that I think weren't the smartest calorie choices. Holding steady though at 140 even so.
140.0 lb Lost so far: 60.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
