Today I have made the decision to reshape my life. My body has been telling me for months to fight back - sore knees, bigger stomach, over eating with stomach aches, being winded as I walk stairs, and general tiredness each day. However, I have half-heartedly tried to change this and it has not worked. My flaws are simple - eating unhealthy, sugary/fatty foods and spending too much time on the couch. I have a few simple goals I am going to track each day.
1. Eat 5-6 small meals a day with healthy choices; track calories
2. Exercise a 30-60 minutes 6 days a week (3 cardio, 3 lifting)
3. Drink at least 72 oz of water a day
Starting Weight: 200 Goal Weight: 160
If I modestly loose about 7 lbs per month, I can reasonably obtain this goal by the end of 2013 (6.5 months).
