Ooooo, my pedometer wasn't working after the first day but I could probably say I did the first weeks' 12 miles easy enough. I'll try to keep better track from now on! I think I did about 4 or five miles that first day!!
162.0 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
