I have weighed in and gained three pounds. I am very upset at myself not being as strict on myself as i should be. I am very depressed at this point.
216.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

No point in feeling depressed. Just go do what you know to do. Use the disappointment to MOTIVATE you to do better. :)
