Ok, time to get back to it. Healthy eating and regular exercise are back on my list of priorities and the new season of The Biggest Loser has started so when I get home from work today, I'm turning on the TIVO and working out to last night's episode. :)
252.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 62.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
