Why doesn't everyone clean up after their dog???
Hit 145 today! 10 more to the current goal...the toughest ones, I'm sure.
Weekend...time to loosen the reigns a bit. Gotta do it, otherwise none of this is realistic.
Okay, there's the cereal instead of oatmeal admission. Have to do more than that, even if it means gaining back point one or point two of a pound. I'm not always going to eat strictly healthy food, gotta learn how to incorporate some of the other stuff on my list of favorites & still maintain.
Can't believe I'm trying to talk myself INTO eating a few fattening things :)
Did the stair challenge first thing in the a.m....a good time to do it.
Walked from 8:15 to 9:30... aerobic steps: 8212 aerobic minutes: 72 " " miles: 4.19 avg. pace - 3.51
Took a brisk evening walk...20 minutes/2309 steps/1.69 miles/pace 5.07
