Yesterday was a near-perfect Atkins diet day for me. This is what I recorded: - 12.3 net carbs of veggies - 1366 calories - 24.82 total net carbs - walked 5.8 miles in 1 hour 20 minutes - drank over a gallon and a half of water
I would like to increase my veggies to around 15 net carbs a day and when I can sustain that I will move on to Phase 2 (OWL). I believe if I can get my veggie count up to 15 I'll be able to lose the weight just a little faster and still be eating well.
