yesterday said 4.8 initially but I peed again a lot and since I wasn't dresses I at myself again and it said 5.4 so I went with that. I guess the 4.8 was likely correct. weird to have lost 10# just like that.
203.8 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 3.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
