My weigh in day is Friday and I am feeling a bit nervous as to how much lbs i've gained in 2 weeks. I am not going to allow those fearful feelings to prevent me from reaching my goal. Each day I met my daily calorie intake therefore am expecting good results.

Diet Calendar Entry for 12 June 2013:
3445 kcal Fat: 124.25g | Prot: 158.58g | Carb: 376.76g.   Breakfast: Whole Foods Market Spirulina, Giant Food Bananas (Large), Butter, Lettuce, Fried Battered Fish, White Bread. Lunch: Yellow Sweet Corn (Kernels On Cob, Without Salt, Frozen, Drained, Cooked, Boiled), Texas Roadhouse BBQ Chicken Breast, Yellow Sweet Corn (Kernels On Cob, Without Salt, Frozen, Drained, Cooked, Boiled), White Rice (Long-Grain, Cooked). Dinner: Rouses Hot Dog Bun, Frankfurter or Hot Dog, Now Foods Organic Spirulina Powder, Whole Milk. Snacks/Other: Hannaford Corn Bread, Malt Beverage, Bananas. more...
