I lost some weight! Woo hoo! Hopefully not just beginner's luck.
The only thing that makes me a bit sad is that I only got one workout in this week (although I've got to do my challenge before tomorrow night!). Just think what my weightloss would have been if I exercised for at least 20 minutes a night.
I have a weekend planned with family. I'll be traveling to another city. I'm a bit nervous, but here's hoping my loss of that 5lb sugar bag will keep me going.
