I'm a bit bummed out upon realizing I could have absolutely hit my goal by now had I stayed the course. Well, we are in the 2nd week of June and so far so good. No food entries for last week, but it was pretty lean. I was pretty bummed to find out how bad my favorite peanut butter was for me (Planter's NUT-tritious energy mix)! I've stayed really hydrated and followed my work out schedule.
