Back at it This week, Lunch is good and flavorful.
So far only eating half of what I've recorded plan on eating the rest a bit later.

878 kcal Fat: 27.54g | Prot: 56.21g | Carb: 109.43g.   Lunch: chunk white albacore tuna, Sliced Mushrooms, Soy Sauce, Sweet Mini Peppers, Huy Fong Foods Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce, Alfalfa Seeds (Sprouted). Dinner: Good Seed Bread (Dave's Killer Bread), Bacon, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Miracle Whip Dressing. Snacks/Other: Cheese Crackers with Peanut Butter (39g), Low Sodium Original 100% Vegetable Juice (5.5 oz). more...
