Today I started the Insanity work out and did the fit test. All I can say is holy crap...it was sooo hard. I am going to do my best to not make excuses and stay strong.
My Fit test results for today are:
1. Switch kicks- 60
2. Power jacks- 21
3. Power knees- 47
4. Power jumps- 17
5. Globe jumps- 3
6. Suicide jumps- 6
7. Push up jacks- 7
8. Low plank oblique- 20
I also calculated my caloric intake and it should be 2421.9 max calories for weight loss. I am going to check this again at my next weigh in.
180.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
