After 5 weeks late I finally started my "." yesterday!!! Probably doesn't sound too exciting to most people but with PCOS and the need to loose weight its great news because it means my body is finally happy again! P.S. Diva Cup is probably the best menstrual product ever made...ever. I can confidently exercise (walk, jog, run) with no worries!

That's great news. Check out my journal about my Lady's days. Since I've started on FS, my cycle has been 28/29 days! That after not getting it for over a year! And prior to that it was 60-120 days a cycle. I believe it's due to the 'clean eating' I'm doing. Hope this does the same for you!

That's awesome, I certainly hope that is the case for me too. It will be so nice to be able to predict things like that with some accuracy. FS has been such an awesome tool for me, at first I didn't think i would benefit from it as much as I have.
