Stagnant weight? Could it be that I am exercising? I heard once that muscle is heavier than fat. I just hope I don't start gaining instead of losing :(

l think its because when you lose body fat you gain muscle, you could be losing inches although your weight may stay the same. Try measuring yourself and see if your results change every weigh in.
