I lost 2.5 pounds. I have not really done anything that is really6 drastic. All I have done is slow down on the soda consumption. Tomorrow I am going to go to the gym. In order to make it, I need to be up by 4:30am, so that I can be at the gym by 5:00am and at least pull in a 45 minute work out.
The hardest part of all of this is giving up my sleep, it is bad enough that I normally do not get enough sleep. I am going to make an effort to go to the gym at least three times this week and eat a salad at least once a day everyday this week. I am hoping to see a change at the end of the week.
