I have been doing terribly: emotional eating binges, couch potato instead of exercising, depressed and mad at myself for once again slipping away from my goals.

Do I have the will power to do this? Obviously not!

But I WILL TRY once again.

Hey ! don't be so hard on yourself , I am going through the exactly the same thing, my emotional world falls apart and then my eating and weight suffers but it will get back to normal just try keep it in the day , and good on you for trying again NEVER give up
