I joined a Gym, I am trying to set an exercise program to burn calories
and improve my cardio.
So far I have been to the gym twice. I am trying to go at least three times a week.
256.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
