Alright so here's the plan. Starting today I'm going to start making better decisions with my food.

This Friday I will be getting my Lasiks surgery done and they recommend that I take it easy for the next week or two. So I won't be working out just yet, just eating better.

After I am cleared to start working out, then I'm going to start with a light schedule first to easy my way in. Going to do some stretching and light working out right when I wake up Monday through Friday. In the evening when my husband gets off of work, if he wants to, we are going to go to the gym at our complex and then I'm going to walk for a while. Because I don't walk enough and my stamina is horrible. On the weekends, I'm going to try and go out for at least a little while, even if it's to walk around the complex for an hour. Every little bit helps. Unless of course...it's raining since it's summer here now and the storms are consistent. So yeah weekends will be a hit and miss for the summer. If anything, we will go to an indoor mall and window shop for a little while.

Wish me luck in starting over and getting to where I want to be. With my Lasiks surgery, things will be so much easier for me since I won't need my glasses and I can start feeling better about myself. I hate how I look in glasses and I hate dealing with contacts. Also this means I can start wearing the sunglasses that I used to love wearing since they don't need a prescription. This will be one step closer to me being comfortable with myself and I know i an do this. One step at a time...
