Not much change in anything. Still in pain but exercising anyway just not as hard. No point in stopping a good pattern unless I absolutely have to. Return to DR. next Tuesday.
140.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
