Day 88

So yesterday I messed up big time! I went out with my brother and threw my entire diet plan out the window! ARG! I am SO pissed at myself!

-Deep Breath-

Ok, sorry, had to vent that. So now I am back on it faithfully. (I hate feeling guilty!)

As it's said: You can't change it, so move on from here!

Working out twice today, as per the "Don't eat like a pig" challenge!
