yay! you can do it! Dukan is great - but you have to give yourself up to the plan. embrace it and the pounds will drop off :)

Hi there! Here are a few of the things that have made Dukan work for me. #1: drink water, water, water and limit the diet pop (I'm a diet Coke junky - this was tough for me) #2: try to eat as simply as possible - or at least make sure you know all of your ingredients #3: embrace mustard :) there are tons, try them all til you find some that you like (my favorite is German style in a tube - mild and fun!) #4: on veggie days, try to eat the green stuff like asparagus, broccoli, cabbage. sprinkle with crunchy Kosher salt and spray once with "I can't Believe it's not butter" #5: best salad dressing: mix a spoon of chunky brown mustard (Grey Poupon Country Style) with some balsamic vinegar and water if you need. Great on meat too!

I make a dijon balsamic dressing with 2-4 Tablespoons of mustard, then equal parts vinegar and add some dry onions (about a tablespoon or 2, italian herbs, garlic powder or really garlic, onion powder and some liquid stevia, everybody who tries it loves it.
