Down another pound today, yay! Actually, I'm right back where I was 2 weeks ago before our wedding. I've been doing the 100 mile walk challenge(30.5 miles since 9/13). A friend from work gave me an Ultra Glide (it's a knock off of one of those Chuck Norris total gyms)and I've been using it every day. I'm really starting to see some muscle tone in my arms and legs. Now if I could only do something about this flabby belly! Any suggestions? I had back surgery several years ago so crunches are a little difficult for me.
174.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Good for you Nan, looks like you are heading in the right direction, keep up the good work, as you lose, your belly fat will disappear. Take it from a mom who has had 4 kids, I thought I would never lose my belly, but it has slimmed down quite a bit, just some loose skin hanging there that I can't do much about, but most the fat is gone now.

anything that you can do standing...that requires balance, like standing leg lifts or even dancing, will work those core muscles a LOT! once the weight keeps coming down, you will see improvement in the mid section too!!! it's just hiding at the moment.
