It has been soooo hot here this week. It has been over 100 degrees every day. Today and tomorrow are supposed be over 110! Yikes. It makes it hard to feel like doing anything. I have been supposed to get up early and walk in the mornings and I just haven't gotten there. If this is going to be an issue all summer I am going to have to join a gym or something.

First of all thanks for the add just hang in I haven't done really much of the exercise but I have faithfully On the induction for almost the entire year but I have gone from a starting 338 pounds to 226 today at times I found the eating to be extremely boring but I keep telling myself it's all about nutrition and continue eating a boring salad fortunately I love wishbone chunky blue cheese dressing

Wow! 100 lbs in one year. That is really great. I admire your tenacity. I have lost 60 pounds on Atkins 3 times in the last 6 or 7 years, but I slip up and end up gaining it all back. I know that you don't *have* to exercise on Atkins to lose weight, but I love feeling fit, so it is more for me than for weight loss. It is supposed to cool off Monday. But, I am still thinking of joining a gym.
