on home scale!!! but. YEAH! Eating fruits, vegetables, and some whole grain. Apparently Have to give up sugar.....Not diabetic, but I' m a fat making machine, so that is the best way to lose. Will try minimal dairy (yogurt) and some grains (high fiber). No eating after 8:00 pm. dr says I have short length Barret's esophagus, precursor to CA and moderately severe diverticulosis. SO...Time to buckle down. I CAN DO IT!😃💜😏💚☺💙😍💗🍀
157.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
