oh wow today was my day off, yesterday and today , i ate way more than i should have between 1700-1800 cals daily :-( i know i am going to pay big for this!and only walked on my pedometer maybe .75 on a mile today!but the food was good , made awesome at home mcdonalds fruit and yogurt parfaits and mexican food, but OUCH!Calories!
